Clinical Sales Support
Role Overview
We are seeking a Clinical Sales Support to join our MedTech Sales team. This is a field-based position, working closely with surgeons and healthcare professionals to deliver both clinical expertise and business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Provide expert clinical support during surgical procedures, ensuring proper use of IMS medical technologies.

Deliver professional training and education for surgeons and clinical teams.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key hospital accounts and stakeholders.

Achieve sales targets by promoting innovative solutions and managing your own territory.

Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights to support strategy.

Manage operational responsibilities including consignment, inventory and order flow.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or related field (advanced degree – advantage).

Previous experience in a clinical environment (orthopedics/trauma - strong advantage).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust from surgeons and medical staff.

Proven track record in sales or clinical support roles.

Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills.

Self-motivated, results-driven, flexible, and able to work under pressure.

Willingness to travel for clinical support and business development.

Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
